ELLAKIZHI

Ellakizhi is used in the treatment of osteo-arthritis as it promotes better circulation and relieves stress. It is a fomentation massage with finely chopped herbal leaves and herbal powders, warmed in medicated oil and bundled in a poultice. PADHABHYANGA

CHOORNASWEDAM

Fomentation is performed with a linen bag filled with churna (medicated powder). Choornaswedam produces a therapeutic sweat, which relieves neurological disorders, rheumatism and arthritis.

VASTI
