A walk around our 2km walking tracks with general themes (Nada Paatha) and specific ones like the Bamboo Track, is sure to leave you relaxed, fresh and ready for the next therapy, or for a renewed perspective on life.
The 30-acre expanse of SOUKYA is home to more than 3000 trees. These, and our sustainably designed gardens and farms are home to over 100 species of exotic birds, both migratory and otherwise.
A leisurely stroll around SOUKYA's Certified Organic farm will take you around over 800 fruit-bearing trees. Our farm with its organic produce caters to the kitchen.

Trataka is a form of meditation also known as ‘concentrated gazing’; most commonly referred to as ‘flame gazing’. The technique involves focusing the eyes through intent but relaxed gazing. Initially, this practice is done with open eyes on an external object. It then progresses to internal practice with eyes closed.
